International deliveries will take 3-7 days to arrive, depending on the country. 

Personalised Products:
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched.

Pre-order items:
If your item is listed in our pre-order section, you can expect it to arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Size Exchanges
We completely understand that getting the perfect fit matters — especially for family matching PJs! 💫
The quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for your preferred size, then return the original item for a refund once it arrives back with us.

You’ll have 14 days from delivery to return your pyjamas for an exchange or refund.

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size. Simply contact us via the Returns and Exchanges, and we’ll provide you with the instructions on how to proceed.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return period on all Christmas PJs.

Please note: after 25th December, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges as our workshop closes for several months once the Christmas season ends.

We have a strict policy regarding returned items: all returns must be in their original, unused condition. This means they must be free from makeup marks, pet hair, tan stains, perfume, body odor, or any other signs of wear that could affect their resale quality.

Personalised Items
Sadly, we cannot size exchange or accept returns on personalised products.

The stock we currently have is all that will be available for the rest of this year. Each year we produce fresh stock, but we keep our collections consistent so you can always shop the same ranges

Our PJs are true to size and made from soft, stretchy 95% cotton for a comfy fit 💫
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up. You can check our full [Size Guide Here], or message our friendly UK team — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit! ❤️

Generally we stick to this simply formula:

Adult Females (UK)
Small = UK8/10
Medium = UK10/12
Large = UK12/14
XL = UK14/16
2XL = UK16/18
3XL = UK18/20

Female Sizing Suggestions (US)
Small = US4/6
Medium = US6/8
Large = US8/10
XL = US10/12
2XL = US12/14
3XL = US14/16

Adult Males:
This is a little different and varies on height and weight. We always advise selecting the size you normally wear. For example a male who is 5'11 medium build who normally wears a medium should select a medum.

Kids:
These are pretty much true to size, unless your child is very small or very tall, you may wish to consider a different size up or down. (don't worry though, we can always exhange the size if it's wrong)

Baby
The same as Kids, these are very accurate and sizing charts have been attached to each listing.

During the busy festive season, our response times may be a little slower than usual. As a small family-run business, much of our time is spent carefully picking and packing your orders to make sure everything arrives perfectly. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes, we do! Each order is carefully packed with our festive Christmas tissue paper and placed in a magical gift bag. We can also send your order directly to a loved one and include a personalised Christmas card message

We accept all major cards including Visa, Debit card, Maestro,  American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal plus many more.

We also offer buy now, pay later options with 0% interest. We currently work with Clearpay.

All orders are dispatched "Tracked and Trace" we will send you a tracking confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. If you leave us your mobile phone number when you checkout, we shall add this into the tracking for you. 

Pop your mobile number in at checkout and you’ll get order updates straight to your phone.

We dispatch globally and last year dispatched to over 40 different countries.

We are a small family run business and all orders are picked, packed and dispatched by one of us. We don't use any 3rd parties for shipping and certanly never drop ship. When you shop with our family business, we want you to become part of that and experience that personal touch. We personally pick, pack and dispatch all orders from our small setup in the UK. 

If you've previously ordered Baby or Kids PJs from us, then you should have received a special "Size up" discount code. To size up the kids PJs you'll need to order from our Kids Christmas PJs section. 

Remember, codes are only valid from the 1st September.

Looking after your Pyjamas is extremely important. You want them to last for many years and even pass down to a sibling or a friend. We also put our outfits through their paces and wash around 6 times to test for fading and shrinking issues. Below are some tips to ensure your family Pyjamas remain in top condition. 

Firstly you should always set the wash temperature to 30 or 40 degrees. If any higher and you may risk shrinkage.

Yes, absolutely. We offer a drop shipping service, meaning we’ll ship your customer’s orders directly to them on your behalf. All packaging and paperwork can feature your company branding, so it looks like it has come straight from you.

This removes the hassle of holding stock or managing dispatch. You simply sell the products, take the payment, and we’ll handle the rest.
