Free delivery is available to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. It does not apply to Northern Ireland or international orders.

Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off

Orders using our ⚡ Fast Track Next Working Day service must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Eligible orders will receive priority processing, be dispatched on the same working day and delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Our Royal Mail and DHL next-day services provide next-working-day delivery after dispatch but do not include priority processing.

Northern Ireland

• Royal Mail Tracked: £4.99

  Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Northern Ireland orders are treated as UK deliveries. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes.

Order Processing Times

Processing time is the time required for us to prepare, pack and pass your order to the courier. It is separate from the courier’s delivery time.

In-stock Products

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

During exceptionally busy periods, including Black Friday and December, processing may take up to three working days.

Fast Track Orders

Eligible Fast Track orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are moved to the front of our processing queue and dispatched on the same working day.

Fast Track is only available on eligible Signature Christmas Pyjamas. If the option is not displayed at checkout, your order does not qualify.

Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Personalised Products

Please allow approximately 7–10 days before dispatch for personalised products.

This is the time required to create your personalised item and does not include the courier’s delivery time. This includes personalised Santa sacks and Personalised Christmas Pyjamas.

Pre-order Pyjamas

Pre-order pyjamas are normally dispatched within approximately 3–4 weeks of placing your order.

The courier delivery timeframe selected at checkout begins once your pre-order has arrived with us and your complete order has been dispatched.

Orders Containing Different Product Types

If your order contains in-stock products alongside pre-order or personalised products, the complete order will be held and dispatched together when every item is ready.

We do not currently dispatch parts of an order separately. Please place separate orders if you need your in-stock items sooner.

International Delivery

We deliver to a range of international destinations, including:

• Selected destinations throughout the rest of the world

Available couriers, estimated delivery times and current prices will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

International delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. They do not include our processing time or delays caused by customs.

Courier prices can change over time. The delivery options and prices displayed at checkout are therefore the most up to date and will take priority over any prices advertised elsewhere on our website.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

European Union Countries – Delivered Duty Paid

Orders sent to European Union countries, including the Republic of Ireland, are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout. Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when their order arrives.

United States and Canada – Customs Charges Included

Customs duties, tariffs and import taxes for orders sent to the United States and Canada are paid by us.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when their order arrives.

Rest of the World – Delivered Duty Unpaid

Orders sent to destinations outside the United Kingdom, European Union, United States and Canada are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and courier brokerage charges are not included in the order or delivery price.

Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery times are estimates unless you have selected a service specifically described as guaranteed.

Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide an update wherever possible.

Missing or Delivered Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before contacting us, please check:

• Any nominated safe place

• With other members of your household

• With your immediate neighbours

We will contact the courier and open an investigation where necessary. We may ask you to provide additional information or complete a declaration to assist with the investigation.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery address is complete and correct before submitting an order.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will try to update the address where possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned to us because an incomplete or incorrect address was provided.

Baby Clothes

• It is always best to wash brand-new baby clothes before they are worn – this makes sure any possible impurities are removed before putting them next to your baby's delicate skin.

• Separate the clothes out into whites and colours as you would do your normal wash. Remove any heavy soiling such as stuck on food, baby sick or poo with a wipe or by rinsing under a tap. 

• If anyone in the household has been ill, your baby's clothes should be washed separately from any clothes or bedding that could be infected because bacteria can still spread during washing.

• Tough stains should be left to soak before washing. If you do use bleach on your baby’s whites, make sure they are washed and rinsed thoroughly.

Buy practical fabrics

• Look out for clothing that is easy to wash and quick drying. Cotton is perfect for babies as it is breathable which helps to prevent them from sweating and is soft against their skin.

• Avoid buying delicate fabrics that have special care instructions; the last thing a busy parent needs is to be hand washing.

• Steer clear of clothes with details sewn on such as sequins. These make it difficult to wash and, more importantly, risk coming off and being swallowed by your baby.
